Jessica Couture is a registered psychologist at Clover Health & Wellness, providing grounded, collaborative care to individuals navigating a range of mental health and life challenges. She takes a practical, down-to-earth approach to therapy, focusing on helping clients better understand themselves, build skills that translate into daily life, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Jessica’s work is rooted in developing genuine therapeutic relationships where clients feel respected, understood, and able to show up as they are. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), parts work, somatic strategies, and draws from her training in sex therapy-informed practice (C-STIP), tailoring her work to each person’s needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Her clinical interests include women’s mental health, relationships, trauma, body image, and sexual health and intimacy. She also works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and the impacts of chronic stress, with a focus on reducing shame and increasing clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Jessica values collaboration and believes that therapy should feel both supportive and useful - offering insight, but also tangible tools that clients can apply outside of sessions.
Outside of her work, Jessica has a strong creative side and is drawn to music and artistic expression. She values creativity as both a personal outlet and an important part of how people process, connect, and make meaning in their lives. She also enjoys time outdoors, travel, and creating a home environment that feels calm and restorative.
